What if the HLS videos are not playing?
If a video is not playing, check the browser console and see if there are any errors found.
If the error is related to CORS issue, please check “How to fix CORS issue?” section.
If a video doesn’t play, please check this in your current contract.
The title is not included in the current monthly inventory.
You are playing the video in a different region than the one(s) stated in the contract.
Otherwise, please refer to this section “What is required in order to play the videos?” If nothing happens after initiating basic troubleshooting, you can reach out to us for more support.
